We can all work to consolidate and develop our personal practice and read that yoga book that is sitting on the shelf. Regular practice will help to boost your immunity so daily practice is essential.
Weekend with Jayne Orton Rescheduled
The weekend with Jayne has been rescheduled for Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November. We always look forward to Jayne coming to teach us.
